Manufacture & Delivery

We cut our polystyrene decking blocks in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban & Port Elizabeth. We deliver directly from these locations.

Product Dimensions

All our polystyrene decking blocks are:

- 1200mm long
- 550mm wide on the top
- 500 wide on the bottom

We generally cut a 25mm lip for the block to sit on the lintels.

These blocks are supplied in a number of standard thickness that include:

- 110mm (20DV)
- 150mm (20DV)
- 190mm (X-Grade)
- 230mm (X-Grade)
- 285mm (X-Grade)

If you need a different size block then we can also cut this for you.

Polystyrene Density

Depending on the thickness of the block, we use either a low density, medium density or high density.

We cut our polystyrene decking blocks on demand. Lead time can range from 3 to 7 working days.
