How To Order?

You can either order online or request a quote. Ordering online is really quick & easy!

1. Select the sheet or block size you require.
2. Select the density you require. See below for more information or call us for assistance.
3. Select the closest cutting and distribution center to you for delivery or collection.
4. Add your sheet or block quantity to your cart and proceed to checkout.
5. Pay by card or request an invoice for EFT payment.
6. Lead time is generally 3 to 7 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays, after funds reflect in our account. If you need it faster please call us or request a quote online.

High & Extra High Density Polystyrene

High-density polystyrene is often used for applications where high compressive strength (ability to carry load) is needed:

• Surface bed insulation below concrete floor slabs (See PolyFloor Insulation),
• Above concrete roof slab insulation (See PolyRoof Insulation),
• Raising existing concrete slabs (See Structural Polystyrene Void Formers- PolyVoids)
• Flotation applications such as hydroponics, floating jetties, pontoons, jacuzzi covers, etc

Medium Density Polystyrene

Medium density polystyrene is often used for applications where high compressive strength (ability to carry load) is not so important but insulation values are still important such as perimeter cavity wall insulation (See PolyWall Insulation)

Low Density Polystyrene

Low density polystyrene is often used for applications where compressive strength (ability to carry load) and insulation are not important such as:

• Creating voids in concrete slabs
• Packaging
• Art projects
• General use

Low density polystyrene is the cheapest option but if it need compressive strength then this is not the right option for you!

• Low-Density Polystyrene : 12 kg/m3 to 14 kg/m3
• Medium Density Polystyrene: 15 kg/m3
• High-Density Polystyrene: 20 kg/m3
• Highest Density: 24 kg/m3 to 30kg/m3
