Each board is 3m2 so you will need to divide your total underfloor insulation requirement in, m2, by three to get the number of boards required. Order a few extra just in case.

This is not a retrofit product. You only have one chance to install this product and that is before you cast your concrete slab!

Anybody can order our polystyrene nationally online and we have no minimum order quantity.

Our distribution centers are not walk-in shops. We cut and deliver polystyrene from these facilities and you can collect your order from them.

General order lead time is 3 to 7 working days for cutting & delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you need product faster then please call us.

Our online ordering platform deals with local deliveries. If you don't find a delivery option online then you can either select the self-collection option online or call us for a delivery cost.

• In residential applications, a high-density board can be used.
• In commercial or Industrial applications Extra High Density (24kg/m3 to 30kg/m3) must be used.

How To Install PolyFloor Insulation Boards

• First, the brick foundation walls are built.
• The soil is then placed and compacted.
• A DPC plastic layer is then placed on the compacted soil.
• The polystyrene is then cut and laid tightly on top of the plastic layer.
• Steel mesh is then placed on top of the polystyrene insulation layer with spacers.
• The 80 to 100mm concrete slab is then poured on top of the polystyrene insulation layer.
